A Memorable Evening–Let’s Celebrate!
On Thursday, October 1st at the Portland Museum of Art
Please join us on October 1st, 6:00 at the Portland Museum of Art for an ebullient celebration of community, courage, and conversation. We’ll enjoy cocktails and hors d’oeuvres in the sculpture garden, gather in the auditorium to hear from our award recipients, and cap off the evening with coffee and desserts. We believe this year's celebration will be a reminder of what is good and true in our world. We need to celebrate, be reminded of the relationships that sustain us, and honor the incredible work so many do each day on behalf of others. We hope to host an event that is uplifting, optimistic, and full of hope.
Join our community for a celebration of courage and connection. We’ll honor four inspirational leaders and their organizations who create welcoming, vibrant communities by expanding opportunities for immigrants, refugees, and asylum seekers in Maine. We’ll hear about their work providing legal services, education, networking, housing, and community support—affirming the dignity and worth of every person. We will recognize Jack Montgomery with a Distinguished Service Award and celebrate three impressive student award recipients.
On this special evening we’ll enjoy cocktails and hors d’oeuvres in the sculpture garden, gather in the auditorium to hear from our award recipients, and cap off the evening with conversation, coffee and desserts.
We hope you will join us!
